Head of Accounting, Reporting & Tax - Remote

Overview

The Bikeleasing-Service is on a steep growth path as a service provider for company bicycles, currently refining and improving its structures and processes to ensure sustainable quality management. As the Head of Accounting, Reporting & Tax, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounting department and implementing IFRS reporting standards.

In Short

• Overall responsibility for the accounting and tax department.
• Support in IFRS transition and consolidated financial statements.
• Establish a well-thought-out risk management and internal audit.
• Contribute to process optimization by analyzing and developing accounting processes.
• Manage all subsidiaries in and outside the country.
• Set up an internal transfer pricing system between subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Degree in economics or certified accountant.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience with ERP & CPM systems, preferably SAP S/4 HANA Cloud & LucaNet.
• Several years of leadership experience in corporate accounting.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Motivated to drive and shape topics with an analytical approach.
• Good English language skills.
