As the Digital Marketing Team Leader, you will take on strategic and operational responsibility for all performance marketing channels and the continuous development of our corporate websites.

In Short

• Lead the Digital Marketing team with a focus on performance and website.
• Develop the digital strategy in collaboration with marketing leadership and work closely with product, tech, and sales.
• Plan, manage, and optimize cross-channel performance campaigns (SEA, Paid Social) including budget, KPIs, and reporting.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and LLMs to enhance personalization, campaign performance, and organic visibility.
• Oversee the development of corporate websites with a focus on user experience, SEO/GEO, and technical stability.
• Efficiently manage external agencies to ensure a consistent digital customer journey focused on lead generation.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in digital marketing, with two years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge in web and campaign analytics.
• Experience with SEA, Paid Social, and SEO/GEO for measurable success.
• Proficient in CMS-based web management, ideally with Typo3.
• Strong organizational, strategic, and implementation skills.
• Fluent in German and English; understanding of mobility solutions or HR-Tech is a plus.
