As Teamlead Digital (gn), you will take strategic and operational responsibility for all performance marketing channels and the ongoing development of our corporate websites. You’ll lead a team of digital marketing specialists, develop cross-channel strategies, and ensure our digital infrastructure is as powerful as our vision. Sounds exciting? In Short

• Lead the digital marketing team both professionally and disciplinarily, with a focus on performance and website management
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to further develop the digital strategy and work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Tech, and Sales
• Plan, manage, and optimize cross-channel performance campaigns (SEA, Paid Social), including budget planning, KPI tracking, reporting, and identifying new digital trends, tools, and channels
• Leverage AI-powered tools and LLMs to meet evolving market and user demands, enhancing campaign performance, personalization, and organic visibility
• Take ownership of the development of our corporate websites, focusing on user experience, SEO/GEO, and technical stability
• Manage external agencies efficiently and ensure a consistent digital customer journey with a strong focus on lead generation

Requirements

• You bring at least five years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including two years in a leadership role
• Analytical thinking and deep knowledge of web and campaign analytics, combined with your understanding of a smart data & AI setup, enable you to make data-driven decisions
• SEA, Paid Social, and SEO/GEO are not just buzzwords to you – they’re tools you use to achieve measurable success and scale performance marketing goals sustainably
• You’re highly skilled in CMS-based web management, ideally with Typo3, and confidently lead interdisciplinary teams
• Your structured, strategic mindset and strong execution skills are complemented by experience in stakeholder and project management
• You communicate fluently in both German and English – and a solid understanding of mobility solutions, HR tech, or employee benefits is a plus
