Requirements

• Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Expertise in treasury management and accounts management.
• Experience with external accounting firms and tax advisors.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvements.
• Strategic yet hands-on approach to financial management.
• A degree in accounting or finance (CPA or ACCA is a plus).
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
