Head of Procurement - Resources & Energy - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a visionary Head of Divisional Procurement to lead our Resources & Energy (R&E) embedded procurement team. This is a highly strategic and influential role, that sits on the divisional management team, where you will manage a team of procurement professionals, build and strengthen key business relationships within our R&E division, and lead the execution of the groupwide strategy across four critical categories: Engineering services, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO), Mobile Plants, and Chemicals.

• Lead the Resources & Energy procurement team.
• Manage a £300m spend and a network of 1,500 suppliers.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

• Develop KPIs to monitor procurement effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in a procurement leadership role.
• Experience as a member of a leadership team.
• Proven experience in developing procurement strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
