Requirements

• Experience in procurement, supply chain roles, or as a strategy consultant, with 2+ years in leadership positions.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• A degree in Supply Chain is a plus.
• Preference for a 100% in-office culture.
