As a Provider Success Coordinator at Better Health, you will play a crucial role in managing patient and provider interactions, ensuring timely delivery of medical supplies, and enhancing patient experiences in the healthcare sector.

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients and providers.

Requirements

• Experience working with patients in a healthcare environment.
• Background in a DME company or related to medical supplies.
• Experience in a clinical setting such as a physician’s office or hospital.
• Flexible schedule to meet patient needs.
• Strong work ethic and diligence.
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, and ticketing software.
• Teamwork and collaborative attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
