Deal Success Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Deal Success Coordinator will provide support to the sales team in responding to vendor forms, and coordinating responses from various teams including sales, marketing, finance, legal, and order operations.

In Short

• Support the deal success process by executing various activities.
• Create responses to tenders, RFP’s, and security questionnaires.
• Prepare responses to sales and product literature requests.
• Work closely with teams throughout the company.
• Uphold complete and accurate records in Salesforce.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and timelines for projects.
• Produce required sales analytics and reports from Salesforce.
• Provide day-to-day support of the Account Management team.
• Support the Revenue Operations team with various activities.
• Promote positive working relationships with all customers.

Requirements

• University degree or College Diploma in Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
• Expert level working experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Salesforce considered an asset.
• Excellent organization skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and task management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
