Overview

As a Provider Success Coordinator, you will serve as the main point of contact for patients and providers, managing needs and efficiently working on referrals to ensure the best experience possible.

Requirements

• Experience working with patients in a healthcare environment.
• Experience at a DME company or adjacent to medical supplies.
• Experience in a clinical setting.
• Flexible schedule to meet patient needs.
• Diligent worker known for getting the job done.
• Knowledgeable in Google Suite, Slack, and ticketing software.
• Teamwork/collaborative attitude.
• Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
