Overview

The Cloud Support Engineer I - Email position at BETSOL involves providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance for cloud-based email solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.

In Short

Manage and update ticket backlog based on internal policies.
Identify and escalate high priority issues.
Provide customer-first experience via phone and email.
Collaborate with team and other divisions.
Engage resources for troubleshooting and resolution.
Deliver solutions for problem resolution with high customer satisfaction.
Follow directions from senior engineers.
Be flexible to travel to customer sites.
Coach and mentor Customer Service Technicians.
Contribute to the technical knowledge base.

Requirements

College degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years).
MS 900 Certified Fundamentals.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Availability for 24x7 on-call rotation.
Preferred MSP experience.
Technical documentation skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Tenant management.
Familiarity with email security tools.
