Overview

The Senior Partner Success Manager will work closely with Bestow’s sales and product team to launch new Bestow clients and help oversee enterprise-level accounts' growth, expansion, and management.

In Short

  • Independently drive end-to-end implementation of new enterprise partnerships.
  • Lead post-sales partner success for key accounts.
  • Proactively drive growth by expanding existing enterprise partner relationships.
  • Support business development efforts for smooth transitions.
  • Serve as the key relationship manager with partners’ leadership.
  • Support planning and prioritization discussions internally and with partners.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing meeting cadence with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and deliver communications and sales campaigns.
  • Some travel is required to support client efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience managing enterprise relationships.
  • Deep expertise in navigating large organizations.
  • Background with implementation of large enterprise programs.
  • Passionate about client service and solving complex problems.
  • Strong executive communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Experience with polished, client-facing presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
