Overview

The Partner Success Manager will work closely with Bestow’s sales and product team to oversee the growth, expansion, and management of enterprise-level accounts, driving growth for Bestow and our carrier partners.

In Short

  • Independently drive end-to-end implementation of new feature deliveries.
  • Drive post-sales partner success for assigned accounts.
  • Support proposals to drive growth through expansion of existing enterprise partner relationships.
  • Provide support to business development efforts.
  • Serve as the key relationship manager with partners’ working teams.
  • Support planning and prioritization discussions internally and with partners.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing meeting cadence with cross-functional partner teams.
  • Create and deliver communications, reporting, and sales campaigns.
  • Some travel is required to support individual client efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing enterprise SaaS customers/clients.
  • Background with the implementation of complex software solutions.
  • Passionate about client service and solving complex problems.
  • Strong executive communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Experience with the creation and delivery of polished presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field.
