The Senior Director of Credit & Pricing Strategy - Auto will lead the strategy and execution of credit risk and pricing for auto-secured lending products, focusing on product eligibility, pricing, underwriting, and risk-return optimization.

Requirements

• Direct consumer experience in near-prime/sub-prime auto lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline; Master’s preferred.
• Expertise in analytical tools (Excel, Python, SQL, SAS, R).
• Understanding of credit bureau data and risk modeling.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive initiatives.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong bias for action and data-driven decision making.
