Overview

The Lead Software Engineer II plays an important role in building and enhancing engineering solutions across the organization, focusing on designing and delivering reliable, high-quality software while contributing to technical discussions and improving engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Java and Python.
• Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and services.
• Experience with modern databases such as DynamoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Comfort working in Agile environments.
• Ability to bring clarity to complex situations.
