  • Responsible for business development and brand strategy in a specified territory.

  • Monitors agency growth and profitability, identifying performance gaps.
  • Conducts in-person agency visits and participates in prospect meetings.
  • Develops partnerships by educating agents on BHHC’s value proposition.
  • Gathers and analyzes competitor information to develop action plans.
  • Works with various departments to enhance business processes.
  • Maintains accurate agency and business documentation.
  • Performs special assignments and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum five years of experience in the workers’ compensation insurance industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to master software applications.
  • Extensive travel required for agency and policyholder visits.
