Senior Accountant, Accounting Operations - Remote

In Short

• Work closely with a team to maintain the ERP and populate it with accurate data.
• Focus on closing the books and managing accounts payable disbursements.
• Maintain accounting of transfer pricing regime across global entities.
• Own the accounts payable disbursements process.
• Create and maintain month-end close processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation following control requirements.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and accounting projects.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Tax teams.
• Work with ambiguity and meet deadlines.
• Encourage process efficiency and effective controls.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in finance, business, or accounting.
• 3+ years post designation experience as a Chartered Public Accountant.
• 7+ years of related accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Netsuite or other cloud-based accounting software.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills, experience with Google workspace.
• Experience in building new processes for efficiency.
• Familiarity with international operations and local tax reporting.
• Motivation to learn and encourage change.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
