Senior Accountant - Provider Payments Accounting Operations - Remote

In Short

• Manage weekly and monthly accounting processes related to the provider network.
• Collaborate with the telemedicine team to track expenses and manage contracts.
• Perform month-end reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze telemedicine revenue and costs for operational efficiency.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Enhance accounting procedures to comply with SOX requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes.
• Assist with day-to-day treasury operations.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in public companies.
• Experience with NetSuite, Tipalti or other billing systems preferred.
• CPA track preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements.
