• Seeking a Senior Operations Accountant with strong accounting knowledge.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Requires heavy traveling across the United States.
• Track and manage inventory levels and discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed inventory records and perform physical counts.
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimize inventory levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements in inventory management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a senior role.
• Preferred CPA certification and experience in Big 4 accounting firms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of SOX controls around inventory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
