• Collaborate with product leadership to uncover trends and user behavior patterns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support client priorities.
• Optimize product tools like Pendo and Aha! for tracking and reporting.
• Manage configurations for accurate data collection and segmentation.
• Establish methods for monitoring product performance and user feedback.
• Design and maintain metrics and dashboards for product decisions.
• Drive product improvements through data analysis and experimentation.
• Communicate results effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship.
• Understand user behaviors through data analysis.

Requirements

• Experience as a product analyst in SaaS products.
• Degree in a quantitative or qualitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in data or research analysis.
• 2+ years of expertise in Pendo or similar tools.
• Proficiency in event tracking and data visualization techniques.
• Comfortable with HTML and CSS.
• Experience with various data analysis techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem solve and translate data into insights.
• Experience working across teams to achieve goals.
