Bellami Hair is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to play a key role in driving our success. Reporting directly to the Director of Inside Sales, you will have the exciting opportunity to re-engage inactive customers and build stronger relationships with our valued small accounts. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and vitality of our brand, making this a truly rewarding position.

In Short

• Utilize knowledge of Bellami’s products to conduct sales transactions.
• Use sales and marketing resources to accelerate professional stylists.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Convert calls into sales and add-on opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas and objectives.
• Maintain service levels by contacting accounts monthly.
• Contact accounts in vacant territories until filled.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty.
• Proven ability to sell and achieve results.
• Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and CRM databases.
• Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
