In Short

  • Manage 4-5 client projects as the main point of contact.
  • Oversee 3-4 campaign launches per project each month.
  • Handle client communications, including weekly calls and email updates.
  • Lead a team of researchers and ensure timely task completion.
  • Manage data and ensure accuracy in reports and CRM updates.
  • Brainstorm and refine project strategies with the team.
  • Book 5 appointments per project by managing multiple contact imports.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment while maintaining organization.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C1/C2).
  • 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation.
  • 1+ year of client-facing experience.
  • Experience in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
  • Experience leading projects or small teams.
  • Ability to tackle tough campaigns in competitive industries.
