Overview

The SDR Manager at Keeper will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to build a strong pipeline for the Sales team, focusing on outbound sales efforts to Accounting and Bookkeeping firms.

• Manage a team of 8 - 12 Sales Development Representatives.
• Set and maintain high-performance culture and morale.
• Hire and train new SDRs on Keeper's product and sales tactics.
• Develop career development and leadership plans for team members.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on pipeline initiatives.
• Report on team performance to senior leadership.
• Optimize systems and processes for improved efficiency.
• Establish prospecting resources for the SDR team.
• Represent the SDR team cross-functionally.

Requirements

• 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor.
• 1+ years of experience building and leading sales development teams.
• Success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally in SaaS.
• Passion for hiring and team development.
• Ability to articulate value points to customers.
• Proficiency in sales and data analytics tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.).
• Ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvements.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
