Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience leading SDRs.
  • 4+ years of overall experience in a Sales organization.
  • Prior success in a quota-carrying SDR or AE role.
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and develop top sales talent.
  • Passion for data and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and CRM platforms.
