Overview

The Executive Director Breast/Women’s Disease Area Lead will support BeOne Medicine's Clinical and Medical assets by executing the Global Medical Affairs program and Clinical Development strategy, focusing on breast cancer therapeutics.

In Short

  • Lead the execution of a Global Medical Affairs Plan for breast and women’s cancers.
  • Develop data generation strategies outside of clinical programs.
  • Contribute to clinical trial design and implementation.
  • Oversee publication strategies for disease area communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in clinical development.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders and institutions globally.
  • Manage and report on goals and objectives.
  • Support budget planning and management.
  • Ensure compliance with business practices.
  • Train staff on therapeutic areas and clinical protocols.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in oncology (MD, PharmD, PhD).
  • 10+ years of experience in pharma/biotech, particularly in breast cancer.
  • Strong clinical development experience.
  • Expertise in global clinical study design.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of GCP and ICH Guidelines.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with SOPs and industry standards.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
