The Executive Director, Global Market Access, is a pivotal leader at Madrigal, overseeing global pricing for Resmetirom. This role is responsible for crafting and executing integrated global market access strategies that optimize pricing, recommendations, and payer acceptance for Madrigal's product offering across Europe.

Requirements

• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience in Alliance or Co-Promotion arrangements.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
