Overview

The Executive Director will lead and manage Homes for Iowa, Inc., focusing on public relations, strategic planning, and financial management to address housing shortages in Iowa.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate's degree from an accredited institution.
• Management/director experience in non-profit or business.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in the housing industry, including construction and finance.
• Experience in fundraising and financial strategy.
