  • Manage territory and administrative responsibilities effectively.
  • Support BeiGene's overall sales objectives through strategic execution.

Requirements

  • B.A. / B.S. with previous pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales & customer engagement in oncology.
  • Self-starting, results-oriented with a strategic focus on sales.
  • Experience in specialty sales and understanding of managed care processes.
  • Ability to analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and a proven track record.
  • Proven resilience and ability to develop new business.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
