Overview

BeOne is seeking an Associate Director of GTS Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) to build, enable and transform its risk management, compliance and security capabilities across North America & LATAM regions.

In Short

• Build and enhance GRC portfolio efforts.
• Implement policies and internal controls for compliance.
• Drive third-party risk management processes.
• Lead end-to-end risk management processes.
• Collaborate with various business groups for compliance.
• Manage training and awareness for security policies.
• Implement a GRC system for program automation.
• Monitor and report on control gaps in IT and Cybersecurity.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess risks.
• Maintain compliance with various regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience in GRC.
• Experience with GRC tools and risk management programs.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
• Leadership experience in GRC functions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with third-party vendor risk assessments.
• Advanced understanding of information security concepts.
• Relevant industry certifications (CRISC, CISSP, etc.).
