Overview

The Associate Director, Technology Solutions is responsible for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives within the Finance organization, aligning technology strategies with business growth and enhancing the digital employee experience.

• Develop and execute Finance technology strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of IT transformation experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance technology.
• Deep expertise in Finance platforms like Oracle Fusion and Anaplan.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing global Finance Tech strategies.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and data governance.
• Preferred: MBA or other Advanced Degree.
• Six Sigma and ITIL certifications preferred.
