Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in clinical operations within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industries.
• Master’s degree preferred with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and lead effectively.
• Experience with project planning applications and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
