The Director of Clinical Trial Management is responsible for leading and overseeing the clinical monitoring aspects of clinical trials from study design through closeout, ensuring trials are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing clinical trials across multiple phases.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CROs and integrated in-house clinical trial execution.
• Ability to travel as required.
