Clinical Director (Case Management) - Remote

The Case Management Clinical Director is a dynamic leadership role focused on guiding and elevating the performance of our case management team. In Short

• Provide clinical and operational supervision to assigned case management staff.
• Deliver appropriate training, supervision, and coaching to support staff development.
• Oversee case management services, including care coordination and crisis intervention.
• Monitor team morale and manage schedules for service access.
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in performance management including supervision meetings and chart audits.
• Ensure all services meet regulatory, legal, and contractual standards.
• Support hiring efforts through resume reviews and interviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen care integration.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team success.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Hold an active and unrestricted license through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners in relevant disciplines.
• At least 2 years of clinically relevant experience, with leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to assess developmental levels of team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in electronic clinical documentation systems.
• Experience in a virtual or hybrid care setting is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification and valid driver’s license with insurance (if required).
