Clinical Therapist - Master Level - Remote

Overview

As a Clinical Therapist, you will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy to individuals, families, and groups facing mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include everything from intake assessments to crisis interventions, focusing on both prevention and active treatment of various mental health conditions. This position is suitable for master’s level graduates in counseling, marriage, and family therapy, or social work who are unlicensed but have completed their degrees.

In Short

• Collaborates with the patient and their natural supports to develop and implement an effective service plan.
• Provides clinically appropriate psychotherapy services by applicable ethical code(s), rules, and regulations.
• Serves as the point of contact for coordination and communication with other systems.
• Assists in screening and coordinating integrated services for patients.
• Provides clinical oversight to ensure the provision of all covered services identified on the service plan.
• Continuously evaluates the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing assessments.
• Participates in individual & group supervision that meets standards set by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• Maintains client records.
• Flexible work schedule options for remote or hybrid positions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be open and willing to work with all age groups — including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Collaborates with the patient to develop and implement an effective service plan.
