Associate Licensed Clinical Therapist (Hybrid) - Remote

Overview

As a Clinical Therapist with us, you'll deliver critical diagnostic assessments and tailored treatments to those facing mental and emotional challenges. Your role will be integral in counseling individuals and groups, focusing on prevention and addressing a wide array of mental health issues.

In Short

• Collaborates with patients to develop and implement effective service plans.
• Provides clinically appropriate psychotherapy services.
• Coordinates communication with other systems.
• Assists in screening and coordinating integrated services.

Requirements

• A degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• Current or pending Arizona license (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, Psy.D).
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in mental health diagnosis and evaluation.
• CPR/First Aid certification and valid Arizona fingerprint clearance.
• A forward-thinking approach to telehealth.
• Experience with EMR systems, Advance MD preferred.
• Enthusiasm for performance-based compensation.
