Licensed Clinical Therapist - Hybrid, Onsite, or Fully Remote

Overview

As a Clinical Therapist with us, you'll deliver critical diagnostic assessments and tailored treatments to those facing mental and emotional challenges. Your role will be integral in counseling individuals and groups, focusing on prevention and addressing a wide array of mental health issues. You'll engage in essential functions like intake assessments, service planning, and crisis interventions, extending your impact by providing continuous therapy to individuals, families, groups, and couples.

In Short

• Collaborates with patients to develop and implement effective service plans.
• Provides clinically appropriate psychotherapy services in accordance with ethical codes.
• Coordinates and communicates with other systems crucial to the case.
• Assists in screening and coordinating integrated services for patients.
• Evaluates treatment effectiveness and modifies service plans as necessary.
• Participates in individual & group supervision as per organizational policy.
• Maintains client records.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• Current or pending Arizona license (LAC/LPC, LMSW/LCSW, LAMFT/LMFT, Psy.D).
• Exceptional teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in mental health diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
• CPR/First Aid certification and valid Arizona fingerprint clearance.
• A forward-thinking approach to telehealth.
• Experience with EMR systems, Advance MD preferred.
• Enthusiasm for a performance-based compensation plan.
