Licensed Clinical Therapist (Hybrid) - Remote

Overview

As a Clinical Therapist with us, you'll deliver critical diagnostic assessments and tailored treatments to those facing mental and emotional challenges. Your role will be integral in counseling individuals and groups, focusing on prevention and addressing a wide array of mental health issues.

In Short

• Collaborates with the patient and their natural supports to develop and implement an effective service plan.
• Provides clinically appropriate psychotherapy services in accordance with applicable ethical code(s), rules, and regulations.
• Serves as the point of contact for coordination and communication with other systems.
• Assists in screening and coordinating integrated services for patients.
• Provides clinical oversight to ensure the provision of all covered services.
• Continuously evaluates the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing assessments.
• Participates in individual & group supervision that meets standards set by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• Maintains client records.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• Current or pending Arizona license (LAC/LPC, LMSW/LCSW, LAMFT/LMFT, Psy.D).
• Exceptional teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in mental health diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
• CPR/First Aid certification and a valid Arizona fingerprint clearance.
• A forward-thinking approach, welcoming the advantages of telehealth.
• Work within an EMR system, Advance MD preferred.
• Enthusiasm for a performance-based compensation plan.
