Technical Services Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Technical Services Coordinator will contribute to the GCS Team by providing exceptional customer service and technical support for various medical technology products, while coordinating with Remote Service Technicians and the Service & Support Administration Manager.

In Short

• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure timely and professional handling of telephone calls.
• Coordinate service department resources during installation phases.
• Respond to issues and queries promptly and courteously.
• Interpret service data to understand customer requirements.
• Schedule and complete weekly survey calls.
• Complete documentation and report to the manager.
• Prioritize and escalate service jobs as necessary.
• Administer CRM processes and improve data management.
• Provide software support for clients and Remote Service Technicians.

Requirements

• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail in administration.
• Technical troubleshooting experience over the phone.
• Clear communication skills.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel.
• Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, IT or Telecoms industry preferred.
