Contract Negotiation Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Contract Negotiation Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for reviewing redlines of contract terms and conditions in close partnership with legal, sales and direct customer interaction for timely turnaround time. This position is part of the North America Client Services team and will be Remote.

In Short

• Prepare highly complex, customized contracts.
• Advise sales on handling objections and alternative contract options.
• Regularly explain process improvement impacts on business and profitability.
• Manage and collaborate with impacted parties for deal closures.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Service, Marketing, and IT on contract matters.
• Participate in complex assignments requiring independent judgment.
• Work in a highly influential role within the Client Services organization.
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
• Self-manage in a complex and time-sensitive environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma with 6+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in contract management.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service.
• Experience in the Diagnostics / Life Sciences industry.
• Ability to influence team members to achieve common goals.
• Experience working cross-functionally in complex environments.
• Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Experience working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN) is desirable.
