Overview

As a Business Development Representative at Beamery, you will engage with customers and prospects, helping them understand the benefits of our AI-driven HR technology solutions and progressing them in the sales process.

In Short

  • Build, qualify, and nurture new accounts.
  • Focus on the early stages of the sales cycle.
  • Engage in in-depth conversations with prospective customers.
  • Prospect and build a pipeline of accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer.
  • Share experiences and knowledge with the team.
  • Identify improvements to systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Relentless and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions.
  • Strong track record of success in previous roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Desire for growth and learning in sales.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or AI tech is a plus.
