Overview

The Groomer Coordinator at Groombuggy is responsible for both grooming dogs and leading a team of groomers, while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

• Responsible for grooming and managing a team of groomers.

• Spend four days grooming and one day on administrative duties.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of dog grooming experience.
• Minimum one year of management experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift animals up to 80 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Participation in team meetings is essential.
• Ability to perform duties within safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate integrity and support peers and customers.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
