Overview

As a Product Manager at DualEnroll, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our SaaS platform to better serve our customers in higher education. This is a techno-functional role that requires a strong understanding of both technology and user-centric product management principles.

In Short

• Prioritize platform performance and operational scalability improvements.
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements and user stories.
• Lead weekly sprint planning meetings and manage JIRA.
• Engage directly with colleges and end-users to understand their needs.
• Support sales by assisting in RFP responses and technical product demonstrations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product updates.
• Collaborate on QA processes to validate product quality.
• Oversee security compliance and respond to customer-driven security questions.
• Identify available SIS APIs for customer requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management in SaaS.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and APIs.
• Advanced understanding of database systems and integration tools.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Strong understanding of higher-education administrative systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
