Overview

ICONI Software is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive new business sales across the beneficiary support sector in the UK and Ireland.

In Short

• Responsible for selling ICONI's case management solution.
• Identify and develop new business leads.
• Respond to inbound marketing leads.
• Compile customer lists from various sources.
• Deliver online and face-to-face demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and close sales.
• Provide weekly reports on sales activities.
• Exceed personal sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Support wider business initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales/account management.
• Experience in public-sector procurement is advantageous.
• Degree level qualification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or other Sales CRMs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Results driven and customer focused.
• Able to travel 2-3 times a month.
