Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior engineering or product-engineering leadership role at a SaaS company.
• Demonstrable hands-on coding ability.
• Experience building or scaling a SaaS platform in a regulated industry.
• Practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into a SaaS product.
• Strong judgment on technical decisions and roadmap sequencing.
• Instinct and appetite to be a doer.
