  • Seeking a skilled Software Support Engineer with extensive experience in IBM mainframe.
  • Provide technical support via email or phone for H&W products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in installing and configuring IBM products.
  • Extensive expertise in VSAM support and tuning.
  • Background in CICS installation and programming.
  • Experience with installing z/OS systems software.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills for client interactions.
