Overview

The Small Business Underwriting Supervisor will oversee a team responsible for small business loan underwriting, ensuring compliance with bank policies and effective loan performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in small business underwriting.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team or project.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial institution policies.
• Expertise in loan application processing systems.
• Ability to adjudicate complex credit requests.
• Knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations.
