Overview

The Nursing Informatics Program Director is responsible for leading and managing clinical informatics systems to enhance patient care and operational efficiency within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• 7-10 years of experience in a patient care setting.
• Current or temporary RN licensure in Arizona or compact state.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and project management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Informatics Certification preferred within one year of hiring.
• Master’s Degree in related fields preferred.
• Management experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.
