The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care while promoting operational efficiencies and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of age-specific care requirements.
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred.
