• Lead and mentor a cloud infrastructure team of 8 engineers.
• Collaborate with CloudOps Group including SRE and Engineering Productivity teams.
• Handle operational responsibilities and manage on-call rotation.
• Treat infrastructure as a product with metrics-driven approaches.
• Prioritize and evolve team’s roadmap based on feedback.
• Focus on cost-efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Support team in learning from successes and failures.
• Grow and evolve existing toolset around GCP, Kubernetes, etc.

Requirements

• Experience managing infrastructure/platform engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure tooling.
• Comfortable coordinating incident responses.
• Data-driven and pragmatic.
• Fluent in English.
