Senior Product Manager, APAC - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join us to make Back Market the most successful destination for buying refurbished products in Japan.

In Short

• You create your squad’s vision and are responsible for defining the Northstar metrics and KPIs.
• You are the entry point for all stakeholders in Japan.
• You are the Engineering Manager’s daily partner.
• You master the discovery and delivery steps of product management.
• You communicate clearly about the risks and impacts of your roadmap.
• Data drives your decisions and vision.

Requirements

• You have strong Product Manager experience (minimum 3-4 years).
• You have product management experience in an agile environment.
• You understand the Japanese market and ecommerce behaviors.
• You are a brilliant communicator and leader.
• You have a problem-solver attitude.
• Your native language is Japanese, and you are comfortable in English.
• You have an analytical mind and an analytics background.
• You use common sense with a strategic vision of your product.
