Join Back Market's Seller Success team as a Seller Launch & Account Management Intern, where you'll manage the critical first weeks of newly launched sellers on our platform.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of 50-100 newly launched sellers during their critical onboarding phase.
• Analyze sales and quality performance data using Excel and Salesforce.
• Conduct structured follow-ups at key milestones to guide sellers through the launching process.
• Build strong professional relationships with sellers across Europe and the US.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Seeking a 6-month full-time internship, preferably for End of Studies or Gap Year candidates.

Requirements

• Fluent English & French (C1 minimum).
• Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables.
• Strong organizational skills for managing high-volume portfolios.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Previous commercial experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace is beneficial.
